Midcoast Document Services is a complete records management repository with
a purpose built facility that meets all requirements of the NSW State Records Act.
For most organisations it is simply not economical to set up their own facility,
and in most cases not secure enough for confidential documents.
In many situations it is a legal requirement to keep records for a set period of time. For
example, taxation records must be kept for five years. Doctors are required to keep most
medical records for seven years until age 25, and NSW employment records must be kept
for six years. These laws are changing all of the time, and if you're not sure, Mid Coast
Document Services are happy to assist you.

With a state of the art infra red security system in place, you can be assured that
your documents are safe at Midcoast Document Services.
Your documents are scanned into our facility, then stored in environmentally controlled conditions, with low
lighting levels and pest control.
The shelving inside the facility has been specially designed to keep dust levels
to a minimum.
